Relocation services for Spain

One coordinated direction for your move to Spain

We coordinate residency, tax planning, housing, insurance, schools, documentation, and arrival for clients moving to Spain from Miami, Florida, and other parts of the United States.

First, we review your legal, family, and financial circumstances. Then we organize the areas that need to move forward together and coordinate the specialists required.

  • One central point of contact
  • Coordinated roadmap
  • Personalized support

Comprehensive coordination Legal, tax, and practical matters within one coordinated roadmap.

You do not have to piece the process together across separate providers.

The problem we solve

Moving to Spain is not a collection of separate tasks

Residency, tax planning, housing, and arrival are interconnected. A decision in one area can affect the others, including timing, personal assets, schools, or local registration. Our role is to organize the entire process from the beginning to help avoid delays, duplication, and decisions that are difficult to reverse.

Areas we coordinate

Services to plan, carry out, and coordinate your move to Spain

Not every client needs support in every area. The initial assessment identifies which services are needed, in what order, and to what extent.

What you receive

Clear direction, not a list of contacts

Not every client needs the same services. Our role is to organize the entire process and turn each decision into a clear next step.

Frequently asked questions

Before requesting an assessment

Do I have to use every service?

No. The assessment identifies which areas your case actually requires and which ones would not add value at this stage.

Does Spain Relocate provide every professional service directly?

Spain Relocate provides and coordinates the services required for the relocation. Legal matters are handled within the team by our attorney partner, Ariel Fraga. When a matter requires tax, technical, or other regulated professional advice, we bring in the appropriate specialist and coordinate that professional’s role within the overall process.

Are outside professional fees included?

Fees charged by outside professionals are not included unless expressly stated in the proposal. Before involving a specialist, we explain that professional’s role and the related costs.

Can you help me even if I have not chosen a city yet?

Yes. Choosing an area can be part of the process when it depends on housing, schools, professional activity, budget, or lifestyle.

Do you work only with clients in Miami?

No. Our services are particularly focused on clients in Miami and Florida, but we coordinate relocations from other parts of the United States as well.
