Executive direction
Turns goals, timelines, and priorities into a clear action plan.
Who is behind Spain Relocate
Manuel Vera leads the client relationship and coordinates the practical, administrative, and professional aspects of the move. When a case requires residency, a visa, or an immigration strategy, Ariel Fraga handles that legal area directly.
We also coordinate relocations for clients who already have an approved visa or are working with another law firm.
An important clarification
If your residency or visa is already being processed, has been approved, or is being handled by another firm, we can coordinate the rest of your move: housing, insurance, banking, schools, documentation, service providers, and arrival. When the immigration strategy still needs to be defined, Ariel steps in for that specific area.

Before creating Spain Relocate, Manuel founded, owned, and led a business group with 28 offices, teams, and commercial networks across Spain and Portugal. To maintain direct, hands-on management, he frequently moved between different cities rather than managing teams only from a distance.

Coordinates attorneys, advisors, real estate professionals, insurance providers, and other specialists when needed.
Organizes housing, banking, utilities, schools, documentation, and arrival.
Tracks open items and next steps so the client never has to piece the process back together.
Business experience applied to relocation
Manuel Vera’s business background provides the practical foundation Spain Relocate needs to manage processes involving multiple people, documents, service providers, and high-stakes decisions.
Manuel created and developed a business organization with offices, employees, and commercial networks in Spain and Portugal, while retaining ownership and executive responsibility for the project.
The business group founded, owned, and led by Manuel participated in the Anti-Corruption Working Group of the Spanish Network of the United Nations Global Compact, which presented a system in 2013 designed to detect and address corruption risks in small and medium-sized businesses.

Partner and immigration legal counsel
Ariel Fraga is a partner at Spain Relocate and an attorney focused on immigration and Spanish citizenship matters. His role centers on the immigration legal work whenever that area is part of the client’s case.
He has more than two decades of professional experience and practices through Fraga Abogados. His work includes residency and visas, Spanish citizenship for descendants of Spanish nationals, consular proceedings, and appeals involving denied applications.
Defines or reviews the appropriate immigration path when the client still needs to resolve it.
Works extensively with descendants of Spanish nationals, consular proceedings, and the Democratic Memory Law.
Handles appeals and claims when a consular decision requires judicial review.
Many clients come to us with an approved visa or their own attorney already in place. In those cases, Manuel continues to direct the relocation while Spain Relocate coordinates the move without duplicating legal work that has already been completed.

How we work
Spain Relocate does not require clients to replace professionals they already trust. We integrate what is already in place and add only the areas that are still needed.
Manuel maintains the full picture and leads communication with the client.
Legal, tax, real estate, and insurance professionals become involved when appropriate.
We work with the visa, attorney, advisor, or provider the client has already chosen.
Residency, housing, family needs, documentation, and arrival are coordinated within one timeline.
Who we are best suited for
Our service is designed for individuals and families who want a complete view of their relocation, even when part of the process has already been resolved.
We coordinate housing, arrival, banking, insurance, schools, and practical documentation.
We define the right sequence for residency, tax planning, housing, family needs, and arrival.
We connect decisions that are often handled separately but ultimately affect one another.
We coordinate the information so each professional works with clear context and deadlines.
Private assessment
We will review what is already underway, what still needs coordination, and whether Spain Relocate can provide useful direction for your move and arrival in Spain.
